ArtWork Management provides a software-as-a-service platform for art galleries, dealers, and collectors in the United States to inventory, track, and manage their collections. Our services are subject to continuous updates and improvements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering your company and using the platform.
You retain all ownership rights to the data and images you upload (your "Artwork Data"). However, by uploading, you grant us a license to host, display, and use your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by US law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or engage in illegal or unauthorized use of the platform.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts.
